Chicken Sausage Goulash

Ingredients
Nature's Promise Mild Italian Chicken Sausage - 1 link, 3 serving Nature's Promise Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Chicken Sausage - 1 link, 3 serving *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 16 oz Onions, raw, .5 large Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Garlic, 4 tsp Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup Corn Starch, 1 tbsp Zucchini, baby, 2 large cubed Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, slicesRed Wine, 5 fl oz Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic, 2 cup
Directions
Grill Sausage then slice into bite sized pieces.
Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil. Add zucchini and mushrooms and cook till tender. Add broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and sausage slices. Add corn starch to thicken. Simmer to allow flavors to combine. Boil pasta according to box directions. Drain and add to mixture. Serve
