Ferber's Famous Carne Asade Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
The Carne Asade Marinade:* 1/3 cup white vinegar* 1/2 cup soy sauce* 4 cloves garlic, minced* 1 limes, juiced* 1 teaspoon kosher salt* 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper* 1 teaspoon ground white pepper* 1 teaspoon garlic powder* 1 teaspoon onion powder* 1 teaspoon chili powder* 1 teaspoon dried oregano* 1 teaspoon ground cumin* 1 teaspoon paprika* 1 jalapeño chile pepper, seeded and minced* 1 large handful fresh cilantro, leaves and stems, finely chopped* Chicken Breast (4oz per person)* 1 green bell pepper-cut into strips* 1 small onion - cut into strips
Directions

* * * I usually marinate the meat for at least 24 hours before cooking. * * *
Add all the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl and stir together. Add the meat and cover. Place bowl in refridgerator for 24 hours.
After the meat has marinated, I usually grill the meat on a bbq. You could also pan fry the meat in a hot skillet.
Pan fry the bell pepper and onion with some water on a medium heat.
Add the cooked meat and bell papper and onions together in a serving bowl.
Serve with your favorite "low fat" tortillas.
