1 can cannelini beans, drained.5 cup canned pumpkin.5 cup plain soymilk (or more, to consistency).5 cup nutritional yeast2 T Marmite (or more, to taste)2 T Dijon Mustard (or more, to taste)1 T Onion Powder*1 T chopped garlic (or more, to taste)*starred items are not included in nutritional breakdown, as there was not spark entry for it. Adds a very negligible amount of calories-- I don't think it really matters.
throw everything in a nutribullet or food processor and blend until very smooth. Add additional seasonings to taste.
