Spinach and Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
500g frozen spinach100g / 1 pot Cottage Cheese 4 Eggs1 shortcrust pastry sheet2 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 175C.
Blind bake pastry case in quiche dish. Mix all other ingredients well in a large bowl then fill quiche shell and bake for 40 minutes.
