Chicken Wings & Rice

Ingredients
3 lbs. Chicken Wings, tips removed and cut apart2 cups, long grain rice5 cups water1 cup tomato sauce1 cup frozen peas1/2 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, chopped1 tbsp. olive oilSalt & Pepper1/2 tsp. ground glove1 tsp. saffron
Directions
After cutting tips off wings and cutting wings apart, put them in the water to boil with the water & some salt.
Simmer for about 45 mins to make broth.

Chop onions, garlic and saute in olive oil in deep pan. Pour tomato sauce and simmer together for 5-7 mins. on low-medium heat Put in saffron, cloves and pepper.

Put in boiled chicken and frozen peas, once it starts to simmer, put in rice and chicken broth. For 2 cups of rice yield about 5 cups of broth.

Continue to summer and stir regularly to keep rice from sticking. Once rice is ready, take off heat and let sit for about 5 mins. Serves 8.
