1/2 head of green cabbage chopped fine1/4 head of red cabbage chopped fine4 scallions chopped fine10 baby carrots, grated1/2 red apple, diced4 tablespoons of Lemon/olive Oil Dressing1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds1 teaspoon thymedash of cinnamonMix ingredients well and leave in refridgerater for one hour or more. Can serve with or without tomatoes and/or avocado (not included in nutritional information).
