Cavatelli, Sausage and Summer Squash Saffron Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 LB pasta (cavatelli or penne)1/2 pound turkey sausage2 small summer squashes, sliced (2 C)1.5 tsp saffron1.5 C evaporated milk0.5 C parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil water, cook pasta to al dente, drain. Cook sausage and squash. Add milk and saffron. Cook until slightly thickened. Add pasta. Add cheese.
