Cacik (Turkish Cucumber Yogurt Dip)

Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt2 cucumbers, finely diced½ tsp dried mint½ tsp salt2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp dried dill weed
Directions
Toss everything together in a salad bowl, and top with a few sprigs of fresh mint, and dill. Chill, and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3/4 to 1 cup servings.
