Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
raw egg, chocolate, vanilla extract
Directions
Seperate egg whites and yolks. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Mix together yolks and vanilla. Remove chocolate from heat and add egg yolks slowly while stirring. Set aside. Beat eggs whites in a seperate bowl until stiff peaks form. You should be able to hold the bowl upside down without the eggs falling out of the bowl. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
