Whole wheat Pita Breads

Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp yeast1 tsp salt1 tbs olive oil2 tbs honey1 cup warm water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in measuring cup. Stir together then knead 4-5 minutes till smooth and pliable. Place back in bowl, cover and let rise 1 hr. Knead for a minute. Place on lightly floured board, cut into 8 even wedges. Roll each into small ball. Roll each ball into circle about 7 inches across or 8 inch oblong. Place on ungreased baking sheet and llet rise while you preheat the oven to 500. Bake 3-4 minutes or till puffed up. DO not overcook. Cool on rck and store in plastic bag in fridge. Toast prior to use if desired.
