one cake mix has to be angel food cake - 10/17/13

Two cake mixes (1 angel food and 1 chocolate) is 885 grams of product. It takes 45 grams to make 3 Tablespoons (1 serving). So I am coming up with 19.66 servings instead of 48 which increases the calories quite a bit. I tried this several times and couldn't come up with 48 servings. - 1/16/16
