Carrot Cabbage Hash

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Cabbage, napa, 1 cup Tomato, grape (3oz = approx 12 tomatoes), 1.5 oz Soybean Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop everything up and throw in a skillet. Carrots first, then cabbage and tomatoes, then scallions. cook till done then serve it forth.
