Ingredients
1/2 Mango, diced1/2 Avocado, California (Haas), diced1/4 cup Red Onion, raw, chopped 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and dicedCilantro, raw, 4 tbsp choppedLime Juice, 2 tbspOlive Oil, 1 tsp Salt, to tastePepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Let sit about 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
