Ingredients
1 Cup Flour1 Cup Egg Whites1 Cup Nonfat Milk1/2 cup sugarMix them all up and put 3/4+ of mix in a hot pan slicked with Pam (Olive Oil) spray (or add your low sodium butter of your choice)Cook, flip and cook.Spread Jam/jelly/freshfruit in the middle, roll up and sprinkle a *BAM* of powdered sugar.Make sure you say *BAM* and the kids will enjoy the cooking experience.
