Serving Size: Makes 4 (approx) 2 Table spoon servings
1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt1/2 tsp coarse sea salt1 Tbls dehydrated chopped onion (more if you like!)1 Tbls rice vinegar1 Tbls granulated sugarMix all ingredients together. Can be served immediately or store in the refrigerator. As it chills, it will thicken due to the onions absorbing moisture. Can be thinned with more vinegar if needed.
