1/3 cup Quinoa Flakes1 cup water1/4 apple, with skin, diced1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts (filberts)1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter1 teaspoon of simply fruit apricot spreadCook the above ingredients as indicated on cereal box, (2.5 minutes per serving in microwave). Stir mixture. Top with fresh fruit of your choice. I like it with sliced fresh strawberries.
After cutting up apple and hazelnuts, combine with all other ingredients and cook in microwave for 2-2.5 minutes. Serve with sliced strawberries or other fruit.
