Asian Cabbage and Carrot Slaw

Ingredients
2 large carrots, shredded1 small head green cabbage, thinly sliced½ cup organic mayonnaise¼ cup rice wine vinegar¼ cup raw honey½ teaspoon crushed red pepper½ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Combine carrots and cabbage in a large bowl.
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey,
crushed red pepper and salt in a small bowl.
Add mayonnaise mixture to carrot mixture; toss
to coat. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
