Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
4 cans tuna, drained well¾ cup almond flour½ cup thinly sliced green onions¼ cup pastured butter, melted2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley2 large eggs, lightly beaten4 cloves garlic, minced½ teaspoon kosher salt,½ teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Combine tuna, almond flour, green onions, butter, parsley, eggs, garlic, salt
and pepper; mix just until combined. Shape into
12 equal patties. Place on a baking sheet
rubbed with oil. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until
done.
