Fat Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 cup whole grain flour1 cup quick oats.5 cup sugar.5 tsp salt.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp cinnamon2 egg whites.3 cup light corn syrup1 tsp vanilla.5 cups raisins
1. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In a large bowl. combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup, and vanilla until well mixed.
2. Add raisins. ( Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until firm. ( Do not overbake.) Remove, cool on wire rack.
