Caesar Salad Dressing/Dip

Ingredients
4 cloves of roasted garlic2/3 cup of unsweetened soy,hemp.or almond milk1/3 cup raw cashew butter or 2/3 cup raw cashews1 TBS plus 1 tsp fresh lemon juice1 1/2 TBS nutritional yeast2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 cup balsamic vinegardash black pepper
Directions
roast garlic in oven for 25 minutes and cool. Squeeze cooled cloves into food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
