Cucumber Radish Salad

10 radishes, thinly sliced1/2 large English cucumber, seeded and sliced1 medium shallot, thinly sliced1/2 TBSP grated ginger root1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1/2 cup cilantro, choppedSalt & pepper to taste

Toss everything together in a bowl and chill before serving.
