Ingredients
* Black Olives, 20 jumbo sliced * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cupsliced * Feta Cheese, 3 cubic inch (crumbled * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast halves * *Lemon Juice, .25 cup * Garlic, 3 cloves mashed or 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp * Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 head
Directions
Pound Chicken breasts. Marinate with garlic, lemon juice and pepper. Grill or pan cook with a little olive oil or cooking spray. Slice into pieces.

Layer salad starting with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onions (sliced thin), then chicken and top with feta.

    I used kalamata olives instead of plain ole black. Much tastier. Also used pre-crumbled feta cheese from Costco. I guessed at about 3 to 4 tablespoons. Seemed plenty. - 8/18/19
