Broccoli Cheese Quinoa Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup dry quinoa1 can reduced fat condensed cheese soup1 cup shredded cheese, reduced fatbroccoli (1-2 heads)Ground pork or turkeysalt & pepper1 cup nonfat evaporated milk
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package. Brown ground meat. Once meat and quinoa are cooked thoroughly, mix together. Cut up broccoli and cook with meat and quinoa in order to soften the broccoli, but not completely cooked. Then add can of cheese soup, evaporated milk, and shredded cheese to quinoa mixture. Preheat oven to 350. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
