Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
80/20 ground beef chuck, 8 ozOnion powder, 1 tsp Carrot, shredded, 1 small Lemon grass, fresh, .5 tbsp galangal, .5 tbspGarlic, mincedIceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 leaf, large
Directions
Brown the beef. Drain well. Add all ingredients except lettuce and stir.

Allow to cool five minutes. Then divide beef mixture and lettuce onto to plates and serve.

Serving Size: Makes about four 2 oz lettuce wraps
