healthy blueberry muffins

Ingredients
2 c. Quick oats ground into flour1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. Cinnamon2 tsp. Baking powder8 stevita stevia packets1 TBL apple cider vinegar1 c. Skim milk1 1/2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract3 TBL extra virgin olive oil1 1/3 c. Fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° and grease muffin tin. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients very well. In separate bowl, whisk together all remaining liquid ingredients except blueberries. Pour wet into dry, stir until evenly mixed, then add blueberries. Gently stir again, only until evenly mixed. Pour into muffin tins and bake 19 minutes. Muffins should look domed when you take them out. Allow to sit 10 minutes before removing from the tins.
