Beth's lemon vinaigrette

2 oz fresh lemon juice2 oz extra virgin olive oil1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp yellow mustardsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients, add some salt & pepper, shake hard to emulsify. can keep in your pantry. don't refrigerate.
