Crispy Chewy Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
½ cup butter or non-hydrogenated margarine 2/3 cup brown sugar¼ cup sugar1 egg1 tbsp honey2 tbsp milk1 tbsp vanilla1 ¼ cups flour3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1 teaspoon baking powder½ tsp baking soda½ tsp salt1 ½ cups rolled oats½ cup chocolate chips½ cup crisp brown rice cereal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugars, egg, honey, milk and vanilla.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Fold in the oats, chocolate chips and cereal.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
