Dairy Free Chocolate Silk Frosting

1/4 c Shortening1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 c canned full fat coconut milk4 c powdered sugar1/4 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla extract
Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and beat with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and creamy. May add or subtract powdered sugar to get firmer consistency or glaze consistency frosting.
Serving Size: Frosts about 18 brownies or a 9x13 cake
