Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup Fat Free Cream Cheese1 cup 1% milk3 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese1 clove garlic1 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp salt (I use garlic salt)3 Tbsp parsley
1. Put the cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese, garlic, ground black pepper and salt into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and no clumps.
2. Pour into a sauce pan on medium heat.
3. Add 2 Tbsp of parsley to pan and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
4. Spoon over your favorite pasta and sprinkle the reserved 1 Tbsp parsley on top and enjoy.
Note: Add as much or as little parsley as your preference. Also, I tend to use garlic salt, instead of regular salt and the garlic salt I use has dried parsley in it. To make it spicy add more ground pepper.
