Directions
heat oven to 400. crush crackers to medium pieces. add to bowl. add boiling water, enough to make mushy, but not drowned. grate vegetables in food processor. saute in oil until softened. add to crackers. add seasonings and beat in eggs. put in square bake pain and cover with foil. cook 45 mins and remove foil. cook another 1/2 hr, checking after 15 mins.
