Queso Dip

Ingredients
1 cup shredded montery jack cheese or pepper jack1 cup American Cheese1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 roasted japeno peppers ( omit if you use pepper jack cheese)8 oz. tomatoes finely chopped1 cup heavy cream1 1/2 tsp. ground garlic
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in crockpot.
2. cover an cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring occcasionally
3 thin with more milk or cream if necessary
4. Tast and adjust seasoning
5. For additional flavor add finely chooped onion, ground cumin, chopped roasted red pepper
6. Serve hot from crock with tortilla chips.
