16 oz. pack frozen spinach1.5 cup sour cream3 tsp salt3 tsp pepper2 tsp cumin2 tsp dill weed
Thaw spinach and squeeze excess water out. Mix with sour cream. More or less sour cream can be used, depending on how much you like spinach:) Season to taste-- the amounts of seasonings given are rough and should definitely be adjusted to individual likings. Also, I used cumin powder, not the seed, but that was not available as an option when I entered the recipe.
