Green Tomatoes, 4 small 4C Breadcrumbs Panko Seasoned (8oz) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 extra largeVegetable Oil
Slice small green tomatoes (1/4 inch thick). Add 1 cup oil to fry pan, heat to medium. Dip in Panko breadcrumbs, then in egg, and once again in Panko. Place slices into pan. Brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel. Serve.
