Ingredients
Dressing:1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon soy sauce6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1 tsp grated ginger2 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp sugarsalt to tasteSlaw:1 12-ounce bag broccoli slaw1 bunch cilantro, chopped (about 1 cup)1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients for the dressing until combined.

Add slaw, cilantro and (if using) jalapeño pepper. Toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
