Ingredients
Directions
4 scoops protein powder, I use Cytosport2 1/3 cups pankcake mix1.5 - 2 Tbsp cinnamon (to taste)Equivalent of 3 large eggs (I use egg replacer to avoid cholesterol, which adds 45 calories to the entire batch, a minimal amount per pancake.)
Mix ingredients well.
I use a griddle, which allows me to cook about 6-8 at a time.
Once they are cool, place them in a freezer bag and put them in the freezer.
To eat, pop out the amount you want to eat, put them in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and they're ready to eat!
Serving Size: Makes roughly 56 3-4 inch pancakes
Number of Servings: 1
