Ingredients:*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 1 tsp Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped 2 Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g),*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Progresso recipe starters cooking sause (fire roasted tomato), use entire canPepper, black, 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp
Directions
In dutch oven pan use 1 tbsp olive oil, turkey, garlic and onion. Cook until completely done. then add cooking sauce, carrots, cellery, chopped cabbage. add salt and pepper.Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until tender. can be cooked it the crock pot too...Great dish for under 350 cal...High in potassium....
