Bean "Meaty" Meatballs

2 15 oz cans beans of choice (Pinto, cannelli, and/or garbanzo(chickpeas))2 egg substitutes or eggs*1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or Parmesan cheese)1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup oats2 Tbsp ketchup1 Tbsp soy saucetsp garlic powdertsp onion powdertsp dried parsley and oregano1/2 tsp salt and pepper1 vegan egg= 1 Tbsp flax or chia mixed with 3 Tbsp water
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray a baking sheet.
Puree together all ingredients.
Form into about 26 meatballs.
Place onto baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until browned, turning half way.
Serving Size: Makes 26 balls. Serving size should be about 4 balls per person.
