Plum Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp lite soy sauce3/4 cup low sugar orange marmalade1/4 cup red plum jam1/4 cup vinegar1 Tbsp splenda1 Tbsp sugar1 tsp cornstarch1/4 cup water
Directions
1. Heat orange marmalade, sugar, water, vinegar and soy sauce to boiling.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine cornstarch and 1 tsp water; stir into boiling mixture.

3. Heat to boiling; stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature; stir in plum jelly. Cover and refrigerate.
