Ingredients
Noodles, Farkay steamed noodles, 120 gram(s) (remove) *Raw Nappa Cabbage, 2 cup (remove) *Leek - bulb and leaf - raw, 100 gram (remove) Carrots, raw, 2 small (5-1/2" long) (remove) Zucchini, 110 grams (remove) Oyster Sauce-Golden Dragon, 1 tbsp (remove) Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce, 0.3 tbsp (remove) Cornstarch, 5 grams (remove) Garlic, 1 clove, minced
Directions
Boil the noodles for 2 min. Stir fry the vegetables. Add the condiments. Stir until thick. Top with chicken, tofu etc. and a poached egg.
