Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients
8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, reduced fat3 sticks salted butter3 cups granulated sugar6 large eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1 oz. rum1 Tbsp. orange zest
Directions
Grease and flour 1- 10 inch tube pan. Set aside. Ina large mixing bowl, blend the first 3 ingredients until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour a little at a time until thoroughly blended. Add flavorings and zest. Pour into prepared 10 inch tube pan. Put in a cold oven and start baking at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 300 Degrees and bake 45 minutes longer or until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake. Let cool in pan on wire rack.
