Ingredients
1 1/2 cups tropical fruit; pineapple, mango, papaya, banana1/2 cup of juice1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt8 ice cubes2 T. flaxseed meal
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender, blend well and enjoy for breakfast of lunch
