Ingredients
1 small whole wheat pita1-2 tbsp of olive oil1 tsp of garlic, fresh or powder1 tbsp of shredded or grated romano cheeseShredded mozzarella or other pizza blendAny topping of your liking
Directions
Preheat oven to 425*
Lightly grease cookie sheet with olive oil
Spread olive oil evenly on pita
Sprinkle lightly with romano cheese and garlic
Add mozzarella to your liking and any pizza topping you desire
Bake at 425* for about 8-13 mins (oven times vary)
