MiYuk Julgi Bokkeum (Seaweed Stem Side Dish)

Ingredients
1 package (2 cups) salted Sea Mustard Stems1/4 cup of onion chopped1/2 T minced garlic1/4 t sugar1/2 t sesame oil1/2 t sesame seedsolive oil
Directions
Rinse the seaweed in warm water 5 or six times.
Soak it in warm water for one hour.
Rinse again.

Cut it up into 2 inch pieces, divide thick pieces into spaghetti noodle thickness with fingers.

Fry garlic pieces in oil for 10 seconds

Add in seaweed, fry for 5 minutes.

Add in garlic, cook until finished

Add in sugar and sesame oil. Taste, if it needs salt, add some.

Stir in sesame seeds.
