Ingredients
1 angelfood cake - 10 oz1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained1 pkg jell-o sugar free fat free instant pudding & pie filling (1 oz pkg)1 cup cool whip
Directions
mix dry pudding mix & pineapple in large bowl. add cool whip gently. slice cake horizontally into 30 layers. spread pudding mix & place layer of cake & repeat. Makes about 8 1" slices

    I made this with the pineapple, then placed strawberries around the top of the cake ~ it was so good !! I agree that refrigerating it before serving is best. - 8/6/08

    i made this with frozen strawberries instead of pineapple and also only cut into 2 layers. it helps to refridgerate it for about an hour before cutting and serving. - 7/8/08
