Chili - beans, mac and turkey!

Ingredients
12. oz ground turkey32 oz can tomato juice1 1/2 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni1/3 cup onion, diced1 can red kidney beans, rinsed1/2 tbsp chili powder
Directions
brown meat with onions, salt and pepper to taste. I also add a clove of garlic towards the end. There should be no fat in pan if used ground turkey breast.

Add in remaining ingredients, simmer until macaroni is cooks. May need to add additional water.
