canned chicken(12 oz can, drained: 7.5-9 oz meat)3 heaping tablespoons sugar free mayo(egg, oil, spices, vinegar, whey)mezetta pickled jalepeno
Directions
drain chicken, mix with mayo, and add peppers. can mash meat according to your preference.
