1 and 1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup Brown Sugar3/4 cup (dry)PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Aldi Fit and Active Egg Substitute1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1 and 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, ground1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/2 cup Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 9 ingredients in order presented. Grind oats and flax seeds with food processor or coffee grinder. Add flours, then chocolate chips. Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes.
