Sugar Free Chocolate Protein Tofu Cake

Ingredients
1 cup whole-wheat flour1 cup whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)1 cup of unsweetened cocoa1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/3 cup Truvia (about 24 packets)1 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
In a blender, liquefy tofu, water, vanilla, and baking powder until there are NO MORE TOFU CHUNKS!!! That's why the prep time is about 20 minutes. Be patient. Then add each remaining ingredient, one at a time, making sure it is blended well.

I recommend cupcakes because it's easier to measure a serving. I used cupcake liners lightly sprayed with a calorie free non-stick spray.

Fill the cups about 2/3 full, and evenly distribute any remaining batter.
