Deb's Typical Tomato chicken

4 chicken thighs, bone in, with skin28oz can tomato soup2 Tbsp stone ground mustard2 Tbsp brown mustard1/2 cup port wine1 tsp liquid smoke1Tbsp stevia in the raw1 large onion chopped2 cups frozen broccoli florets 1Tbsp olive oilSea salt (to taste)White pepper (to taste)
Mix tomato sauce with all ingredients except chicken oil onion or broccoli & add 1/2 cup of water, set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 F & coat the inside of a 9x13 glass casserole dish. Place chopped onion, broccoli, & chicken in the dish. Sprinkle sea salt over everything in the dish.
Pour just enough of the tomato sauce mixture over the chicken to cover each piece.
Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink inside when you cut into it.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
