Ingredients
3/4 c applesauce, unsweetened1 large banana, mashed1/4 c milk2 egg whites3/4 c sugar1 c flour1/2 c cocoa powder1 t baking soda1t baking powder1 oz chocolate chips
Directions
Mix together applesauce, banana, milk, egg whites and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into wet ingredients. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups and sprinkle 5 chocolate chips on each. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees
